On Kew Beach in Toronto - it's about -30C right now.....that's ok. We are tough, still get out to walk our dogs and BUILD SCULPTURES!!! like this one covering one of the life guard chair/perches. This piece is about 9 - 10ft. tall and really pops on the white snow - especially on a clear day like this.
